Andrew (Andy) J. Gaudielle — Andy has 25 years of wide-ranging mining experience in the evaluation, engineering, construction, operation and management of surface and underground, coal and metal mines, both domestically and internationally. Andy is fluent in Spanish, having lived in Maracaibo, Venezuela for four years developing the Paso Diablo coal mine for ARCO Coal. During his most recent assignment as mine manager of the Black Thunder coal mine in Wyoming, Andy was responsible for production, coal shipping, maintenance and health and safety.
