William (Bill) S. Wagener — Over the past 23 years, Bill has held various engineering, supervisory and managerial positions at a number of underground and surface coal operations and has extensive engineering, operations, marketing and executive management experience both in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Bill was President of ARCO Coal Australia residing in Brisbane where he oversaw the management of and investment in three joint ventures.
